Mariam Amyra is a French and Egyptian artist. From a very young age, she was drawn to colour, light and the invisible forces that shape the world around us. Her work emerges from a deep inner listening — a process she describes as purely intuitive, guided more by feeling than by thought.
After years of practice, she developed a distinctive language of layered, luminous abstractions that bridge the spiritual and the sensory. Her paintings have been described as "portals" — works that invite the viewer to pause, breathe, and reconnect with something deeper within themselves.
The Practice
Mariam works primarily with acrylics, natural pigments sourced by the artist herself and texture. Each piece begins without intention. The process is meditative, often involving multiple layers, texture, and fading colors.
Commissions
